dude, it's perfect. So you'll notice it's now the forum banner.
I'm sure there must be a way to customize the banner width so that it is not exactly as wide as the forum, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do that without designing an entirely new theme. I can easily adjust the height of the banner, but the width of the current theme is locked to the width of the forum, and it will repeat the image to fill it up, as you see now.
If you would like it to not repeat -- it doesn't matter so much to me, I think the image is so cool it's ok -- but if you want, then you could add some filler, perhaps two inches worth, on either side. That should create an image that fills the width of the forum page no matter how wide it gets. The filler could just be black, or more of the background pattern you already have in the current image. The forum width is currently set for a variable width, that is, 80% of the viewers' screen resolution, whatever that happens to be.

Oh this was a banner for videos and stuff, I'll make a banner specifically for the forum thats in the same style though. Should be done with it soon!
